Congrats A.R.T.E!

Congrats to A.R.T.E for finally reaching our goal of six hundred dollars this weekend. We have an extra 92 dollars for our next project! Celebration party on Wednesday the 18th. Please bring your contracts, they are due! We will be discussing potential next projects!

October 13th and 14th plans

Hey everyone!
October 13th is a 1:39 day. We will have a table at the Fall fest. Please let me know what you can make ASAP.

October 14th is the Walnut Lane Street Festival. Set up is at 11 AM. The festival starts at Noon and goes to 4 p.m. Clean up will go till 5:00 P.M. We will have four stations: Face Painting, Henna, Artwork, and Food. I really need to know what each person is doing. Hopefully we will have our t-shirts by Next Saturday!

Summary of Meetings

Hey,
If you couldn't come to the meetings this past two weeks or won't come tommorow (1:39 in room 275), I'll just give you a summary of things of discussion.

1. Contracts are due on October 18th. Please bring them in on time so I can submit them or do it yourself. (submittion to Dr. Dinan).
2. If you want an official t-shirt, bring in four dollars ASAP. You will get a preview of the shirt tommorow. We need them before our first event.
3. October 13th we will participate in the Fall Fest (Oct. Fest). I'll post more info on that in a couple of days.
4. October 14th, we will participate in the Gala Celebration. We'll get organized and finalize different aspects so are profit can FINALLY complete our goal. (600 dollars).
5. If there is time, I might discuss future events and possible individual oppurtunities for hours.
